As the demand for convenience for tea drinks grows, the thought of using tea bags with plastic in them always deterred us. Conventional tea bags use plastic in the glue or mesh of the tea bag, ours are 100 plant based and plastic free. This is a Tea bag for your health which breaks down in the environment.

How We Suggest Enjoying Yerba Mate
Straight Up
1x tablespoon loose leaf tea per cup. Splash of cold water (to avoid burning). Topped with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
Latte Mate
2x tablespoons per cup. Added with your milk of choice and feel free to sweeten it up (we like it with Maple Syrup).
Iced Mate
2x tablespoon per 250ml of cold water (get fancy and add lemon or ginger) then refrigerate for 12 hours, strain and pour over ice.
