Yerba Matè is traditionally drunk from a gourd and bombilla (a straw device with a filter)
Gourd with Silver Bombilla
Step 1 - Fill your gourd with your favourite Yerba mate.
Step 2- Place your bombilla in the gourd.
Step 3- Fill a thermal bottle with hot water (not boiling) 70 * if your kettle doesn’t have temperature gage, always cup a cup of cold water so what isn’t too hot to drink.
Step 4- Drink your Yerba mate all day the traditional way🌿🧉

1x tablespoon loose leaf tea per cup. Splash of cold water (to avoid burning). Topped with boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
2x tablespoons per cup. Added with your milk of choice and feel free to sweeten it up (we like it with Maple Syrup).
2x tablespoon per 250ml of cold water (get fancy and add lemon or ginger) then refrigerate for 12 hours, strain and pour over ice.
